file list does not show correctly

utorrent 3.4.3 stable,

Windows 8.1

Problem:

In the main user interface, for the  torrent under download, containing 25 files,

the file list in the 'lower ' part of the window shows only 20 files,

with no instruments (rulers) to move down along the list. On passing to the 'whole screen' view,

the file list does not extend.

Also the horisontal ruler for moving right-left along the file list is missing.
