Make copies of finished pieces directly to the Read Cache

Actually, when a piece is finished, it goes to the HD, but no copy is done to the "Read Cache".

I just want an option to do these copies to avoid uncessary reads from the HD when i have set a lot of RAM for cache.

This is something we've already thought of doing. Currently not possible to do.

Yep, a combined read/write cache works even better than the above -- no copying required.
