Stuck at downloading metadata - help!!!

I've been downloading for weeks, just now the torrents are getting stuck at downloading metadata. 
Utorrent version: 1.8.7 
Mac version: 10.10.4 

The Spy torrent (see on my attached file) worked for 2% when i connected my computer to my phones wifi instead of the one at home. When i changed back it didn't download anymore. What can I do? 

(Same problem when I tried to download bittorent instead)
