Red Status.. slow dl speeds.. help needed

Hi i am running on at 1500kbps connection on singnet and using prolink 9000C modem(default factory settings)

my torrent status are red.. and the dl speeds are avg below 10kbps even on openoffice..

how do i forward my port correcting.

i added the virtual servers ports to my own computer ip 10.0.0.13

Follow the instructions from portforward.com, including how to set a static IP. Your ISP places you behind a transparent proxy, so the port checker won't work for you.
