Network attack blocked -anti virus messages when downloading torrents

Suddenly I'm getting a lot of messages from my anti-virus[Kaspersky].

It says 'Network attack blocked'.

I don't know what to do.

I can see the port number I had added in 'Connections'.

I tried changing the port but it was of no use.

 

I don't know if I should disable my anti virus.I don't wanna get attacked :/

If the port listed in your preferences matches up with the so-called attack, it's time to get a new anti-virus, as yours has gone into "overparanoid"
