Update on pro version reverts to free....

I have updated my pro but its has reverted back to the free version and I cannot locate my licence key. Can you help?

^{EDIT: Neither the installation file with embedded key or opening key file have made a difference.  I still get a message to upgrade to PRO - hurts my feelings}
