Proxy settings - does it look ok?

Hi,

 

I've configured uTorrent to use proxy, but I'm unsure if it is working as it should.

 

It looks ok, but once I check the last box in the settings (disable connections unsupported by proxy) the download speed drops to zero.

 

What does the last box mean - that bittorrent traffic is routed outside the proxy?

 

According to checkmytorrentip.com I'm not broadcasting my own ip, though the address broadcasted is slightly different to what I wrote in settings.
