Not connectable, upnp active, and test says port is open and setup correctly

So, I get not connectable red circle icon, as you can see on my screenshot. I'm using this configuration of uTorrent for a while now, a year or so, and it's always green. I didn't change anything at all.  The port it opened as you can see on the screenshot. Any ideas maybe?
