knockoutpill Posted November 10, 2015 Report Share Posted November 10, 2015 I'm using uTorrent Pro 3.4.2 and lately I have noticed that the rss automatic downloader downloads the same episode it has already downloaded, even though I'm using the smart episode filter. Here is an example: - Filter: Family?Guy*- Episode Number: 13x14-20x20- Filter matches original name instead of decoded name: unchecked- Don't start downloads automatically: unchecked- Smart ep. filter: checked- Minimum interval: (match always) Still it first downloaded Family.Guy.S14E05.HDTV.x264-FLEET and then, 19 hours later, Family.Guy.S14E05.Peter.Chris.&.Brian.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-CtrlHD. Disclaimer: That's just the file names. It's obviously not actually Family Guy as that would probably be illegal. It's my family's vacation videos that my wife puts up in a fileshare for me to automatically download. She likes to use funny file names. Obviously. Edit: I upgraded to version 3.4.5 which seems to be the latest stable version. Maybe this issue has been fixed already? I guess I'll find out. Also, I noticed there is an "Episode" column that can be switched on. When I switch that on, both the above files show episode 14x05 so uTorrent has at least recognized the correct episode number.
