Issue with eztv rss feed

SO I have the feed added https://eztv.ag/ezrss.xml  buit I am using a vpn.  I have seen on the eztv forum (not taking new ppl or I would have asked there), that the current rss address with https does not work when using a proxy (torguard).  Does anyone know if that's the case? I am not able to see anything when I set up a filter,

TIA

Doesn't become a utorrent problem, was just asking if what I read was true or not, since I was the only one i know for a fact having issues,  figured I'd ask if others ran into the same thing.

As it turns out, it is the proxy (not vpn, apologies) that is blocking the use of https rss feeds.

Thanks.

While you have a problem with a proxy, even when you get that working, the feed still will not work.

It appears uTorrent does not handle the enclosure tags used inside the EZTV RSS feed so even though it lists the items on that feed, when you try to download anything they will fail. See the discussion here.

The solution was to use another provider who can provide an RSS feed that is compatible with EZTV. I did this and documented how to do it at http://ut-tips.blogspot.com. Note that this feed does not use https. Let me know how that goes for you.

Yeah I don't even get to the point of anything showing in the eztv feed.  No worries though, already went the showrss route :)  Appreciate the reply
