Nothing in Feed downloading when smart ep. filter is on

Anyone else experiencing this?

Oddly it's not always the case,but the behavior crops up about one every week or so the last few months. I'll notice that I've not seen anything new from the feed for a while and when I go check they're all sitting there waiting to download.

Then when I turn off the smart episode filter a...torrent (if you'll pardon the pun) of files start downloading, new to me and duplicates of ones I've already seen alike.

Since no one knows what version and screenshots of the problem this can be any kinda problems. One should follow the Proper Reporting rules of problem so they get addressed faster.

Version is 3.4.5

I don't really know what to screencap in this case, here's my episode filter in the on and off state. When it's on nothing downloads at all, when it's off, everything downloads including duplicates.
