Port is open Still no Downloading - Connecting to peers after downloading meta data

It was working fine before. suddenly this happened, Now no downloading, I am in china so I do not know which server is nearby me.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled utorrent, tried different torrents and run the test many times. Always same result. I have also tried proxy and still the same.

Contact your ISP. Sounds like they are blocking torrent usage.

no they are not. i downloaded another client and getting max speed. utorrent seems to have issues.

Sounds more likely to be dead torrents.

torrents are good, utorrent is not even showing seeds/peers. same one downloaded on other client in 35 minutes.

got same problem, and its not firewall or ISP. as done glasnost test which passed.it did start seeding again but at low upload speed, but then stopped again 5mins later.    http://broadband.mpi-sws.mpg.de/transparency/bttest.php

If slackware torrents don't work, you have either hostile internet security software or a hostile internet provider.
