ravi kumar Posted February 24, 2016 Report Posted February 24, 2016 I am not able to limit the upload speed during the initial downloading. I am using the utorrent 3.4.5 build 41821. If i try to limit banwidth using "Bandwidth Allocation > Set Upload limit " , it won't work. this was not the case while I used the older versions. I also tried to limit it using "Options>Preferences >Bandwidth >Max upload rate" but still the issue is not resolved.
