Reinstalling Pro

Need some help re pro Licence when reinstalling following hard drive failure back in Dec 2015.

I know the standard answer is - 

Support for pro-specific issues such as billing is not handled in the forums.  http://help.utorrent.com/customer/portal/emails/new

 

And I have tried that, multiple times over the last few months and I haven't received any reply to any of my requests for help.

So what do I do now?  I've paid, but can't get help here, nothing in FAQ and no reply from emails to support.    

Not exactly the Premium customer support advertised as part of the pro package is it?
