neilio777
New Dell XPS 8900 Windows 10 64 bit 802.11ac every time I run bittorrent I am getting the bcmwl63a.sys error and bluescreen shutdown. I am not technical. Someone mentioned to load an older version driver for the 802.11ac. Where would I find this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. DreadWingKnight
You would find that most likely at dell's website. Whatever it is, your wireless adapter isn't playing nice.
admiral_smith
Try this: Display all your network adapters. Select the wireless adapter and select the LAN one and select create bridge. This combines the two and creates a layer on top of your device driver.
DreadWingKnight
Probably won't help.
PiusX
This is a Dell issue that you need to contact Dell Support about. utorrent has nothing to do with dell or dell hardware problems.
Bender270
I have the same issue with a HP Pavilion 15-ak001ns. This notebook has Windows 10 x64 too and the Broadcom BCM43142 wireless card, i think that the card driver has to be the cause...

What does utorrent have to do with HP hardware and driver?
DreadWingKnight
uTorrent can't cause bluescreens. It operates EXCLUSIVELY in the user level of the operating system. Bluescreens happen in the driver and kernel level.
