bigfoot12 Posted July 2, 2006 Report Posted July 2, 2006 After downloading over a period of time with Utorrent my computer will not Shut Down but hangs on the Screen - Windows is Shutting Down. If I hold the Start Button in I can force it to Shut Down. Does anyone else have this problem and is there an answer to it.
