utserver - Seed ratio limit (seed_ratio) not working as expected - seeding never stops

I'm using utserver 3.3, managed remotely via its webui, and wish to configure a seed ratio limit. I have tried loading the configuration via utserver.conf and also the webui (attached).

Whichever way I configure these values, seeding never stops after reaching these limits. Would anyone, please, advise? What am I missing?

Given my downlod profile, I cannot afford seeding much more than 100% and I can't keep coming back to the UI to manually cancel it.

You have nothing set to happen when the seeding goal is reached.
