Speed is really slow.. Tried almost everything

Hey guys so my download speed is really slow but I can tell that my internet is fine. 

IM ON MAC BY THE WAY IF THAT HELPS.

I tried using Bittorent too and it's slow as well. I tried unplugging my modem, tried refreshing the DNS (renew DHCP Lease), I also tried downloading from Apple servers and my speed is fine. I also tried to uncheck the auto map thing on uTorrent which from what I read helps a lot of people with speed problems here.

Right now I am trying to download this 

It doesn't matter what torrent I download it's really slow. 

Any help will be much appreciated!
