"This page can’t be displayed" ERROR when trying to use internet explorer while running utorrent

My internet normally works acceptably. However, when I am running utorrent, I am frequently unable to connect to websites. I usually get the error "This page can’t be displayed". Even if I restrict my upload and download bandwidth I still have the problem. I thought it might be the port forwarding, so I just enabled the Upnp option, and restarted utorrent, but I am still having the same problem. If I close utorrent, after a few seconds, my internet connectivity is normal again. ANYone else have this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thx guys!

What internet security software do you have installed?

Do you have the SPI firewall enabled in your router?
