shift-f2 preferences on laptop

Hey guys, I want to acces shift-f2 (advanced) preferences in latest utorrent (3.4.6 Build 42178) on windows 10 x64 home on a asus zenbook ux305fa. But it wont open when I hold shift-f2 and click on preferences. It works fine on my desktop.. Is there another way to access this menu, maybe its a laptop issue or something, i dont use an external mouse, just the touchpad..
