Shaard
Build 42094 Win10 First thing I'll say: Yes I know about "Apply rate limit to uTP connections" My problem: If I have my upload limit set to 5kB/s, and my download limit set to unlimited, I get about 10MB/s download, and my uploads sits at ~250kB/s according to the Usage History tab. If I check off "Apply rate limit to uTP connections", the upload rate drops to about 40kB/s (so its still not working), but my download also drops to about 100kB/s, which makes ZERO sense because even if I apply the rate limit, my download rate is unlimited and yet it still crashes. Further, the actual torrents themselves might say "Up Speed: 0.4 kB/s" but my actual usage log is going up around 40 kB/s, regardless of the uTP option being checked or not. The transfer cap also doesn't seem to actually do anything as it doesn't change anything once reached. I have no problems seeding, but I just would like to actually control my upload rate and it seems from what I've been able to try and from what I've read on these forums and elsewhere is that nobody else has this problem and I can't find a solution for it. rafi
I don't see that your upload rate is set to 5KB/s... And even if it was, this is crazy low, even for a leach.... Should be minimum ~5-10% of your max download rate to play fair.
