finnnlugg
Hi! I have the exact same problem!!
rickp
Mac OS 7.5 fully updated, Mac Pro, 12 GB RAM. I have been having this problem as well since the last update - Version 1.8.7 (41986) Torrent list window stops scrolling, can click and move window, but response just is not there. Always have to force quit. Also, on automatic shutdowns I have been seeing morning messages that uTorrent failed to quit on shut down request. This occurs randomly. This does not happen all the time, so I cannot put up a possible scenario to make it happen. It just does. This is not my main computer, so the only thing I am doing pretty much with this one is uTorrent.
rickp
This problem is STILL happening. Roughly every other day or every 3rd day uTorrent appears to be working but is non-responsive to Finder requests. These include clicking on a torrent in the main window, scrolling that same window, accessing the File menu to quit. Again, you must Force Quit uTorrent to regain responsiveness. This also affects shut downs as uTorrent screws up the System Preferences automatic daily shut down because it is classed as non-responding to the system level shut down commands. Will this ever be corrected?
