Yeah....sometimes it goes to 8GB for a 18 GB file..... I found a solution online.... If you have any other solutions..... I'd be pleased to hear.... If the source of the problem is your own router, you will not finish until you fix it. Certain DLink models had a problem known as the DLink DMZ Download Destroyer.
