Torrent is not starting download

Guys please help me out here.
My torrent is not starting the download. I have already done these things

1. reinstalled Utorrent, than Bittorrent even tried with vuze

2. Downloaded torrent file instead of magnet link( it works for 1 out of 10 file)

3. Torrents are alrady with high seeds and peers.

4. formatted my windows :-(

its stuck at connecting peers with 0%.

Looks like that torrent is dead.
