torrentwiz Posted May 23, 2016 Report Share Posted May 23, 2016 Current location for both, downloaded files and .torrent files is in an external HDD but it is now full. I'd like to know if I may simply add another external HDD to continue downloading from u torrent from now on. Note that there are many unfinished files temporarily stopped and or paused and I don't know if they will resume downloading automatically if I switch to new folders in the new drive by assigning new directories in the "preferences" section of the UI without disturbing the performance or status of all files as shown on the UI. PiusX Posted May 23, 2016 Report Share Posted May 23, 2016 Now why would you use a smaller ext HDD rather then get a bigger int HD here? Is this a desktop or laptop your asking about? Once the download started it will have to finish on the HDD it was saving to - you can't break a saved location midway through the process expect it to finish otherwise you will have to start all over the download on the other HDD.
