Uncle Fetser
1) Is usage socks4. https, http -proxy less secure than socks5 to hide my IP from peers and trackers? 2) Why a lot of alive socks proxies which successfully used for a browser don't work with utorrent? Is it a problem of: a) tracker, b peers, c) proxies? 3) What is the fastest way to check new proxy in utorrent after changing settings: restart application? PiusX
1. Proxy doesn't equate to hiding your IP should they track it. 2. Proxy limits set by proxy site operator-nothing you can do about it. 3. Restart as explained to verify it works.
