drhousedk Posted June 12, 2016 Report Share Posted June 12, 2016 OSX 10.11.5, MBP primo 2015. 1.8.7 41986 performance is very poor when fetching big torrents (100+ gb). I'm using out-of-the-box settings. 200 global conn, 50 per torrent. Upload limited to 1 mB/sec (I'm on 250/250 fibre). Starts at 20-21 mB/sec, drops to 9 kB/sec after a few seconds. After about a minute it rises again for a couple of seconds. I can't change preallocate settings anywhere in uTorrent for OS X. Any suggestions? Transmission is flying with 20-22 mB/sec just fine - I just like uTorrent better. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
