Why can't download the movie with torrent?

My router which run openwrt is 192.168.1.1 in the local net,and the other desktop pc is 192.168.1.101.       
/home/movie.mkv  located on 192.168.1.197.   
In  the desktop pc (192.168.1.197),to open utorrent to create a torrent for my  test.iso  with utorrent.

file-create new torrent.(please see the attachment:create1.JPG)

Now :

1.to login router with `ssh root@192.168.1.1` from 192.168.1.197. 

2.to upload  test.iso.torrent form 192.168.1.197 into 192.168.1.1 with filezilla,    
To execute the command  in openwrt

The 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.197  are in the same local net.        
The distance between the two devices is only 10 meters.    
Why can't `aria2c  /home/test.iso.torrent` download the file?

What does that have to do with uTorrent?

So far you're not showing ANY involvement of uTorrent in your process at all.

Now it has to do with utorrent, i have edited my post.

All the process is on utorrent.

I re-create my torrent to modify some errors.
