Why can't download the movie with torrent?

My router which run openwrt is in the local net,and the other desktop pc is       
/home/movie.mkv  located on   
In  the desktop pc (,to open utorrent to create a torrent for my  test.iso  with utorrent.

file-create new torrent.(please see the attachment:create1.JPG)

Now : login router with `ssh root@` from upload  test.iso.torrent form into with filezilla,    
To execute the command  in openwrt

root@OpenWrt:~# aria2c -S /home/test.iso.torrent

The and  are in the same local net.        
The distance between the two devices is only 10 meters.    
Why can't `aria2c  /home/test.iso.torrent` download the file?
