Multiple queue channels

I'd like to see the ability to control multiple queues.  For example if I allow 2 downloads at a time, I should be able to set 30 individual small files(150MB?) to only process through queue number 1, and 4 huge files(1.6GB) to process through queue number 2 instead of having to constantly monitor and adjust the only queue and place large files throughout it ensure an equal quantity of large files can come in among the small ones.
