MissGiri
My apologies in advance as I am not quite as computer literate as many people on this site. However, I am facing a dilemma. I am trying to seed files. I believe when I first downloaded these public torrent files I was seeding at a good rate (share ratio is currently at 2.06 and 2.71 after all - so I was uploading awesomely at some point), yet now I am barely seeding anything to leeches (between 1-10kbs). It's frustrating because I appear to be one of the few seeds for these torrents and I am trying to keep it alive. I remember it taking me quite some time get to 100% as well. All other files are seeding normally. I can upload steadily at 100kbs for most torrents. I did some reading into one's connectivity and ports. My PC runs through a router and I did various checks to ensure my ports are working. Although to be absolutely honest I am not fully confident I have checked this well enough - or even fully understand it. It seems to be the same IP address for both torrent files, so I am assuming it is the same person. Could it just be their connectivity? Or is there something I can do to seed to them quicker? I had a similar issue with these files a few months back but I didn't do anything about it and simply seeded for a week or two. ::Summary of question is: Is it possible I have an issue with seeding for these particular files? Are there reasons for why I can seeding normally for other torrent files and not these ones? Or is it solely left to the connectivity issues of the leeches? I know the answer to this question may be simple, but I just wanted any help or opinion on this matter. I would like to keep the torrents alive is all. Thanks!
