rafi Posted August 21, 2016 Report Share Posted August 21, 2016 When you change the Scaling in Win 10 to more then 100% (125% in my case, to increase fonts size) - all uTorrent fonts become blurry. See example here: http://lifehacker.com/fix-blurry-fonts-in-windows-10-with-this-utility-1734246822 It seems to be caused by a new feature in Win 10 as explained here: http://windows10_dpi_blurry_fix.xpexplorer.com There is also a workaround suggested in the above links. A quick test is by changing the Compatibility property on utorrent.exe and to check: "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" Applications, uTorrent included, should be ported to using this new Win10 behavior! If there is a change in the OS, uT should be revised to support it (as it is supported in Win7). You do not seriously believe that M$ will do anything special to help uT users, right?... worldsdream Posted August 21, 2016 Report Share Posted August 21, 2016 I just created an account, I can confirm what @rafi is saying. I have a FULL HD(1920x1280) monitor. In Windows display settings I have it as 125% (as recommended) Utorrent text and icons are blurry, I hope they can push an update for utorrent and fix this. The most of the applications are getting updated to support DPI scaling, why isn't Utorrent?
