mschumacher69
I've been using RARBG's RSS Feeds below for a while and it's been working well. But it stopped working around 10 days ago. The feeds load, but when I try downloading from them, I receive the messages below: When downloading from https://rarbg.to/rssdd.php?category=18;41 "RSS unable to load link, an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". When downloading from https://rarbgunblock.com/rssdd.php?category=18;41 "RSS unable to load link, connection closed by peer". Right clicking the torrent on the other hand and clicking Open URL in Browser loads the torrent fine, indicating that the feed links are working fine. Can you please look into it? Thanks

mschumacher69
It loads well, but can you download any of the torrents?
rafi
Yes. Right-click->download gets the .torrent file into utorrent.
mschumacher69
It doesn't work for me, I get the messages mentioned above. Only right-click > Open URL in Browser works for me. Which version of utorrent are you on? I'm on 3.4.8 build 42449.
DreadWingKnight
What internet security software do you have installed?
mschumacher69
None. Other feeds work fine and the rarbg feeds above work fine on other torrent clients as well.
rafi
Is Pref->general->associate... pressed (greyed out)?
mschumacher69
Yes it's grayed out.
rafi
What uT/OS version (latest 3.4.8?)? Port forwarded correctly? Maybe try disable Win Defender?
mschumacher69
I'm on 3.4.8 build 42449/Windows 7. No Win Defender. Port Forwarding not needed because my PC is connected directly to the Internet (I can see the green check mark that says Network OK in the bottom right). rafi
Maybe an ISP related block/internal-NAT/issue. Can you try with a VPN? Also, latest is 42501, which you can download from the main DL page.
mschumacher69
It can't be ISP related because the feeds work in other torrent clients, they also work if I right click > Open URL in Browser in uTorrent. It can't be an internal NAT issue either because my computer is connected directly to the internet (it has a public IP), so there's no NAT involved. I tried Help > Check for Updates in uTorrent but it says "There is no new version available at this time".
rafi
I said - you need to get it from the download page... I don't think it will change anything, tho.
