CerealKlller Posted September 6, 2016 Report Posted September 6, 2016 Hello there! I have just moved house, I am with the same internet company (Virgin media) that I was with before I moved. I frequently download the newest anime, before I moved I was able to download a 1080p episode in about 3-4 minutes, after moving house it is taking atleast 45 minutes. I am on version 3.4.8 build 42576. The speed I pay for is 100mb, the same as in my previous address. I have not touched any of the Utorrent settings since moving. I am wierd into the router. This is a speed test done whilst writing this post. If you have any questions which may help resolve my issues please don't hold back!!
CerealKlller Posted September 6, 2016 Author Report Posted September 6, 2016 ugh, it peaked at 7mb then dropped to 100 kb in about 10 seconds, so its an isp problem? what should i say to my provider? is there any specific issue it could be? thanks for helping narrow it down

Nothing you can do about it they finally got tired of those Letter from AACS-LA and started to throttle your internet when they see torrent usage. Nothing you can say will fix that they will most likely tell you that if you torrent they will take action to curb it.
CerealKlller Posted September 7, 2016 Author Report Posted September 7, 2016 oh thats a bit depressing... there is no way arround it at all?

Probably is but we don't give such help here for that you will have to look at the web for that. And that is most likely answer you will get here.
