When I start to download something, everything is going fine until download reaches 31 MB. After that the speed decreases quickly to about 1-2 kB/sec. After 1-5 min it raises again to max. rafi Posted October 26, 2016 Report Share Posted October 26, 2016 Sorry, I haven't noticed this was on Android. I guess that sadly there are no graphs there... Sounds like a cache filling up fast, then slows down while the large file being allocated & zeroed, then, when done, it is writing to it, faster, again.
