how to download from https

i would like to do it from the utorrent down manager its self but the picture shows just what i mean incase i confuse any one also my isp is fine with torrents ect and i9 can download all torrents fine im just looking for more peers on torrents that are dead but it says i have a shit ton of web seeds ect heres some more pics http://prntscr.com/cgzc44

and if i can use http how can i please explain in great detail or pictures or a youtube video any help would be appreciated thanks also i dont care about speed as long as it is over 50-100 kb/s i am happy also my computer if fully ok ot can download at lot at one time it is maxed out and i have a port prepared for this and my cpu is at 80% ect with this so it is not my pcs or mine at fault please help also sorry if this is in the wrong place just joined and this is part of the speed but i googled about http downloading and it said use browser but i tryed and it does not work because it keeps sending me torrent like so it is like a big circle i keep following one last thing sorry for no grammar i also used the trackers i got from the web site but that has not helped at all im using a huge list of trackers i got form a friend and it worked just not for these few sadly

The site needs to be configured in a specific way. If you're downloading someone else's torrent, you won't be able to download from web servers that aren't included in the torrent by the person that made the torrent.

uTorrent isn't a download manager the way you think it is.
