Red Icon (network configuration) in uTorrent 3.4.8

After upadting my uTorrent to newest build (3.4.8 build 42576) I see the red icon which tells that network configuration is not good.

I checked everything few times, including my ADSL router which I restarted and I don't see any problems. In uTorrent Setup Guide everyting is also ok.

Before updating I had no problems.

I use Windows 10 Home.

Could you help me and tell what should I do to find and solve problems?

What kinda A/V program are you running? Is that Red icon for one torrent or is that for all? And screen shot helps here.
