uTorrent causes wireless router to restart when torrents are active on Windows 10 64bits

I am using uTorrent on Windows 10 64bits, however when torrents are active my router restarts every 5 minutes for a few seconds. I am sure this is not a router problem because I have another computer and uTorrent runs normally on it., but It is a Windows 10 32bits. I believe it should be something with windows because I am having the same trouble with other Torrent clients. Please help.
