how to upload previously downloaded file

Hi

my need is to get a higher ratio on a torrent site wich means i need to seed to people  I think.

I still have file that i downloaded 2 years ago with u torrent buy now thoses files are in a different folder (folder w)

 

how to configure utorrent to sort of get my pc uploading those files .

 

WHO is willing to help me with that?

You should move (or copy) the downloaded file(s) into uTorrent's Downloaded Files directory (folder).

In uTorrent, click Add Torrent button and navigate to the  .torrent file you used to download the file.

uTorrent should start seeding after the file(s) is(are) checked.

ok now the dowloaded files are in the same foldre as where utorrent dowloads.

i can not find the .torrent file in the folders of my file... have they been destructed? how to ressurect them?

See if it is in the folder where uTorrent stores the torrent files (Location of .torrents folder is under Preferences>Directories)

I see nothing  .torrent.     only the files..

If you don't have a folder specified in your settings, %appdata%\uTorrent has the .torrent files.

Otherwise go to the site you originally got the torrents from and get them again.

ok i only found 3 in app data. i copy pasted them in the general folders where the  precedently dowloaded folders are.

 

can they be there or i have to paste them inside the precise dowloaded file?

never had that before, what is that?

No one is going to click on that link to help you since no one has any idea what it is. Go and find the original site you got it from to start the process again to upload.

it is difficult to find the exact file i downloaded even looking at the size.

First il just try to succed in seeding the 3 files i have.

 

so now i see my three folde are in green written (partage ) with i guess is share in english.

in the bottom of utorrent it is written d 0.0  T 4.1  et U 0.0 T1.5

how to read this

Ok, the first screen what troubles me is the DN speed if that is below 1kbyte and you shows .06Kbytes is bad.

To your band width setting set that first limit number to 5 and see what it does setting to low will not allow enough connections and could stall your download.

But what is problematic is the first screen shot with D: 0.6ko/s and U:0.0ko/s that would indicate a problem is coming from your ISP blocking torrent usage. Try setting that download bandwidth limit to 5 and try my link signature and tell us what that shows and that will give us a more up to date how the internet on your side is doing?
