Detailed Info Divider Bar

I use utorrent v3.4.8 b42576

When I move the Detailed Info Divider Bar All the way up, I can't reach the divider anymore to move it back down to see the torrent list as if the divider bar is way above the torrent list.

Now I have to either activate/deactivate the Detailed Info option F5 and the Detailed Info arrow only activate but not deactivate(I suggest the deactivation arrow).

You probably need to resize the window to be larger than maximized to adjust the divider.

It worked, I had to de-maximize the window and raise the top border window to the max and was able to get back the divider.

I suggest that the divider bar can be reachable at any time though.
