If the availability is 1.0 or greater, you should be able to download all files the torrent contains.

If a torrent contains multiple files (e.g. songs) and the availabilty is less than 1.0, you'll still be able to select & download individual (complete) files from with the torrent (assuming you don't want all the files the torrent contains).
