uTorrent launched from torrent sites shows empty list

As of 10 minutes ago, uTorrent has stopped working for me. I've been using kickasstorrents + uTorrent for years, and I usually just click on the link, and uTorrent shows a popup of what files to download, I click OK and all is good. Now uTorrent gets launched, the popup comes, it's empty, and I can download nothing. I don't remember changing anything on my computer in the last few days let alone weeks, so am mystified.

Any idea what might be happening?
