Maximized uTorrent does not stay maximized with the Winamp docked at the top

I have an always docked at the top Winamp [5.666] in form of a thin Ticketbar. It can be expanded to a more thicker classical form

 

But the problem is, that if uTorrent is in maximized view, such rolling out of Winamp resizes uTorrent more that it should- it adds a gap wide, as a Winamp Tickebar was just a moment ago. And when going back to Tickebar view ["rolling in"], the uTorrent not being adjustment to the Winamp anymore [because of the gap] apparently does not register the need to move back up with it. And so I have theoretically maximized uTotrrent that needs to be switched to the normal view and the switched back again to maximized view, in order to be really maximized. And if I do not make that correction, I have a huge gap between Winamp and the "maximized" uTorrent

 

This behavior does not occur with any other software- only uTorrent cannot handle changes made by Winamp docked at the top. This bug is persistent throughout updates of my Windows 7 x64
