After downloaded files to can move it in my own structures of folders

Hi,
I downloaded a series of different serials movies, music and soft and pictures.
Downloading files is goes in the default folder wich i choose at the beginning, however, there are mix of many files and folders of movies, software, music and pictures, and I want to move them in my own folders structure.
I ask this question because when downloading various types of files they remain locked of a high period of time until we can act on them because I need to wait to recover ratio and time kept required by various web torrent sites.
I hope you can help me to do that.
