Utorrent stops downloads part way threw and they won't restart.

Whenever I download from torrenting.com and sometimes from torrentday I keep getting error message's from your torrent.

 

What happens is the download start's and then it say's error access is denied (write to disk) what I don't understand it's only with torrenting it happen's the most and never with TPB or extratorrent or any none member sites can anyone tell me how to fix this.
