Speeds when uploading/downloading?

I always use the latest utorrent application

I have a broadband speed of 100mb download and 5mb upload

Whenever I use utorrent the fastest download speed to get for files is 3mb and the fastest upload speed is 100kbps

wht can utorrent not upload and download at the speeds my broadband is?

my firewall is disabled and same result

max connections is 750

max connected peers 500

but also tried 1000 and 750

Since no one know what version or what you used to set your preferences how would you expect someone to know? No screen shot of your preferences and no one can help. Also you don't get ISP speeds for utorrent that is based on seeders and swarm not your ISP speeds-so let's remove that from discussion.
