There were never any problems, but since the last two months, utorrent whether on my phone or my windows laptop, has crawled to the speed of 3 kb/s. Normally, I at least have a speed of 600-800 kb/s. Sometimes, I don't how, randomly the speed shoots upto that again. Normally, however, it is frustratinngly crawling at the speed of 2-3 kb/s. This is a problem both on pc and android. Maybe my wi-fi is at fault but as I said, the speed shoots back to the fast speed randomly. I have searched everything on the net, tried it and nothing seems to work. I have tried twerking the settings, defaulting it, everything. I have tried torrents with lots of seeders too but there has been no change. Can somebody please help? P. S.
