Proxy settings remain active after application restart/close.

I've started using proxies with socks5 to torrent with. Problem is when I restart the application, the force use proxy selection is not selected anymore. This is a failure of your software that could lead to legal issues for your users. Sounds like an issue you need to fix to me.
