load/new version??

Hi all,

 

Not sure how to explain. When i go to download it says  Utorrent version of Utorrent is already running. Please shut down utorrent and start again.

BUT utorrent is not running.

I have tried to uninstall via settings and it says file location not there??

I have tried to run as administrator but i get the same error.

 

When i restart my comp and the run as administrator, i get the mess.. ---------------------------

If i click yes i can at least open utorrent, but i still can't download.

anyy suggestions/help...

I tried to chk for updates and that failed.
