cajapatricia Posted December 9, 2016 Report Posted December 9, 2016 I have been trying to unsubscribe from utorrent pro for a month now but there is no helpful information anywhere the application itself doesn't have any prompts or a clear settings areas to unsubscribe or change credit card information. After this I sent an email and have experienced horrible customer service and no help overall I have found the experience very user unfriendly. I now have a Mac which you can not get utorrent pro for and the payment method I used is now out of date I need to cancel this subscription.
