seeding - redownload torrent

im new to downloading with torrent and i have problem

i finished downloading my file (lets call it abc) (into folder x), moving my file into new folder (folder y) and then error the system can not find the path specified ~

i moved back my file into folder x and do the "set download location" think and the torrent start redownload the file.

i have the .torrent file and 100% abc file in my harddrive. what i want to do is just seeding. how can i tell torrent to seeding my 100% file?
